ACRYLIC PAINTING TECHNIQUES II WORKSHOP WITH CHARLES MURPHY

Let’s keep the flow going as we work on more Acrylic Painting techniques with Charles Murphy!

Adding from the last Acrylic Workshop, Charles will be introducing students to new techniques as well as reviewing the steps of adding silicone to your painting process.

Full Day Workshop:  Wednesday, November 16th from 10am to 5pm  Full Lunch included. 

$150/student. 6-7 student max. All level of students welcomed.

TO BRING – SUPPLY LIST:

Water Bucket/s: 1 for fresh water & 1 for brush rinsing. Ice cream or yogurt containers make good ones.

Roll of paper towels

Roll of masking tape

Pencil or colored pencils

Palette &/or plastic color mixing containers like butter or margarine tubs

Small containers of Gesso, Liquitex Slo-Dri Medium and acrylic polymer medium in matte finish

Paint- either bottled liquid acrylic or tube colors such as Liquitex “Basics” in a full rainbow of colors

Brushes- synthetic bristle like the inexpensive variety packs at WalMart’s craft section- variety of sizes & shapes

Plastic food wrap & waxed paper

Primed canvas or boards (more than 1) in sizes: 11”x14”, 12”x16” or 16”x20”- your choice
