Kicking off the New Year with a toast to our region’s finest art & wine, Twisted Fish Gallery & Mari Vineyards present the paintings of Jerry Gates.
A gem of the regional art scene, Jerry’s love of our iconic water ways and countryside defines his canvases. His use of color, contrast and the richness of ever changing textures captures a multitude of compositional possibilities. Jerry’s style varies from representational to abstraction with a surreal flavor.
Paired against the backdrop of the gorgeous tasting room at Mari Vineyards – with sweeping views of both the vines and the bay – this is the perfect respite from the grays of winter to a warm & inviting feast of fine wine and fine art.
Join us on Saturday, January 14th from 3 to 6pm at the Mari tasting room to meet Jerry and mingle with friends. After taking in the exhibit, you can cozy up to the fireplace & settle in with Mari’s beautiful wine selections and charcuterie. Above the hillside of Old Mission Peninsula, Mari Vineyards offers the perfect stage to make an afternoon of creative fun.
Jerry’s paintings will be available for viewing for two months, with purchases available & arranged with Twisted Fish Gallery.
