Floating Building Gilding June 14 – July 13

O p e n i n g  R e c e p t i o n :  Friday, June 14th from 6 to 8 pm.

Charles Murphy engages his audience using all mediums with images
that range from representational to mosaic styled to fully abstract works.
Katarzyna Korytowska fascinates us with the thread like quality of her
oil works. Betty Bea Washburn never disappoints with the dramatic
interpretation of her watercolors.

For this show, we gathered three painters whose works invoke in us the
“How do they do that?” element. We highlight their mastery of technique.
Betty Bea’s brushwork floats pigment to water. Katarzyna builds the oil
on canvas to heights that intrigue. Charles gilds & glistens with gold leaf
taking his work to new levels.

“Floating, Building & Gilding” will engage you with its dream like scenery,
but offers a technical perspective that will pique the interest of novice or pro.
