ART AS THERAPY – “Tending to the Heart” with Barbara Greenwood

Sometimes matters of the heart are easy to identify… sometimes it may take a little coaxing. What is your heart needing? What is your heart searching for? What is your heart’s desire?

Join Artist & Art Therapist, Barbara Greenwood in putting our feelings into our artwork – working from the heartspace – in whatever capacity that means for you.

All materials will be provided, but if you have special items that you’d like to incorporate into your work, bring them along. We will be working on individual pieces in a group setting. Once finished, the group will spend some time discussing their process of creating.

$55/guest. 10 guest max.
