CREATING SOUL CARDS – EXPLORING PERSONAL MYTHOLOGY THROUGH THE USE OF COLLAGE

In 1980, Seena Frost, M.A., M.Div. (1932-2016) penned the term SoulCollage®.

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.

SoulCollage® meets you wherever you are on this journey called life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.        – SoulCollage.com

Working with magazine images & words, come & create a small “snapshot” that reflects your own story.

We will have plenty of scraps and bits to use for your cards, but you are welcome to bring special items from home that you’d like to incorporate into your work.

No skills are necessary. Each session will be lead by Barbara Greenwood, seasoned art therapist & art teacher. The goal is to have fun, connect with others, gain new skills & find out how “magical” the process of creating art can be to both mind & spirit.

Come for all three workshops that Barbara is offering this summer or take individually.

Each workshop is $50/student/workshop. Or $140, if taking all three.
