Perched atop rolling hills, the Tasting Room at Mari Vineyards offers sweeping views of the bay that compliment their award-winning wines. Combine that with the award-winning, Michigan landscapes of Alan Maciag & you’ve got a “must stop” on your list of summer adventures.
Known for his rich, Plein Air paintings, Maciag’s works blend seamlessly with the ambiance & atmosphere at Mari – making for a beautiful pairing of fine art & fine wine.
Maciag’s rural landscapes are a balance between form, distance, color & content. This balance creates a sense of calm and a bucolic reverence for the rural heritage of Michigan. One is invited to simply “step in” for a moment and be surrounded by the spirit created on the canvas.
Join Twisted Fish Gallery as we toast to Alan Maciag at Mari Vineyards on Saturday, July 8th. With paintings that echo the abundance of nature surrounding you in this lovely space, you’re in for a treat for the senses.
The Artist’s Reception will run from 3pm to 6pm.
The Alan Maciag Exhibit will be in show in the Tasting Room of Mari Vineyards through September.
